This fully automatic production line is custom-made for the valve coil. It compose of five parts include pin & bobbin automatic loading machine , automatic assembling detecting machine , automatic winding machine , automatic point-soldering forming detecting machine .it combines rotating plate transfer method and Straight line transfer method in one .featured with highly automation ,small size , good looking , easy repairing and maintaining ,easy operating .Using datamation controlling system , monitoring the data of assembling &point-soldering &forming process in real time through Japanese imported Displacement& pressure sensor .at the meanwhile ,fulfilled visual management, adopted 5 piece of 200w color camera to detect and control the quality of assembling &point-soldering &forming to make sure CPK could up to 1.33.
