HIGH SPEED SERVO TENSIONER
HI-SPEED CLOSED LOOP SERVO TENSIONER DSV-CF SERIES
The DSV-CF series features high speed closed loop servo tensioners with a real-time tension display and a maximum wire feeding speed of 25 meters per second. The combination of a built - in Adaptive Speed Control software and high speed/high torque DC servo motor allows for fast response to rapid changes in coil winding speed and a wider Tension range for Hi-speed precision winding. The series operates with a DC48V power supply and comes with a two-stage tension setting and wire breakage detection. Its selective optional functions are real-time tension measurement and display system.
