The Magnetic tensioner  NMA/MTA series (with tension release function) uses permanent magnets to control tension strength by varying the gap in between the magnets and the main tension wheel. The non - contact mechanism design provides stable, consistent and precise tension.

  • The NMA/MTA series comes with a tension release mechanism to assist in special operation processes such as low  tension termination, wire hooking etc.,
  • The main pulley's latest improved and upgraded design eliminated wire jumps and jams to ensure smooth winding. Mounting of wire break detection switch also been re-designed to improve its lifespan.
  • NMA/MTA tensioners come with back tension adjustments and a wire breakage detection switch; are suitable for a wide range of winding applications.
