PULSE SERVO TENSIONER DS-TK-C SERIES

The DS-TK-C pulse servo tensioner features a sensitive and quick response feedback control system, providing precise, stable and

consistent tension for high-speed quality winding. Its Pulse motor and control system are packed within a body casing made by molded

ABS plastic. Its design is solid, compact and lightweight. It operates with DC power (24V or 48V, depending on its model) and comes with

two stage tension settings and wire breakage detection. The DS-TK-C series offers the following wire speed versions : 7m/sec , 10m/sec

and 12m/sec.

ADVANTAGES :

Two stage tension settings; switch between main tension and

second tension is simple.

Dual spring tension control, wide tension range.

Adjustment knob and scale are positioned at the front, easy

adjustment for both main and second tension.

Built-in wire breakage detection.
