RCF Series It
combines both tension control and tension measurement functions. with open communication, it can
interface with our tension communication box, which then transmits real-time
tension data externally. The tension communication box supports multiple
communication protocols, including , Ethernet, and RS485 etc

a. The built-in constant tension control software can ensure stable
tension output.
b. Supports a max winding speed of 15m/s, meeting the requirements of
high-speed winding operations.
c. It combines both tension control and tension measurement functions.

through control of the solenoid valve when connected to air pressure above 0.4
MPa, enabling quick and convenient tension adjustment
