The DSV-ETK series features high speed closed loop servo tensioners with a maximum wire - feeding speed of 25 meters per second. The combination of a built - in Adaptive Speed Control software and high speed/high torque DC servo motor provides fast response to rapid changes in coil winding speed and a wider Tension range for Hi-speed precision winding.It also features a built-in tension measurement system. The real time display of the tension value provides a clear and convenient way to observe the winding tension, aiding in better control of product quality. The series operates with a DC48V power supply and comes with two-stage tensions setting wire breakage detection.
