Product Description

The DSX-CF series features high speed closed loop servo tensioners with a maximum wire-feeding speed of 16 meters per second.

Its high-speed/high torque DC servo motor and built-In Adaptive Speed Control Software provides fast response to rapid changes in coil winding speed and a wider tension range for high-speed precision winding.

The series operates with a DC24V prior supply, and comes with two-stage tensions setting and wire breakage detection.

Its selective optional functions are real-time tension measurement and a display system.
