This is chip inductor automatic production line. The magnetic core uses vibrating plate to upload. According to different magnetic rings, it loads with belt or vibrating plate. Winding on the core and fixed line tail and thread, cut the magnetic ring foot then glue. The core and magnetic ring are then assembled, solidificating products after assembled, after that mold the tail wire. Electric-resistance soldering or solder the tail molded product. Unload the products after testing and screening.
