HI-SPEED CLOSED LOOP SERVO TENSIONER RCTT SERIES

This series of tensioners adopts DC
brushless servo motor and high-precision tension control technology, and has
the characteristics of high control precision and wide control range. The
broken wire detection function can meet the needs of ultra-high-speed and
high-precision winding, and can effectively improve the winding efficiency and
coil quality.

a. Equipped with a digital stabilization system, it can filter out
noise with high precision and provide stable tension
b. Max feeding speed: 15m/s.
c. Through CAN open communication, it can connect with
our communication box, which then transmits real-time tension data externally.
The tension communication box supports multiple communication protocols,
including CAN open, Ethernet, and RS485 etc.
d. A richly detailed LCD display interface provides users with
comprehensive information at a glance, enhancing usability and efficiency.

Product features and applications

Compared with the RCF series, the RCTT series is simpler to operate and
the tension can be adjusted by twisting the knob.
