The series are equipped with wire break detection functionality, which can continuously monitor the operating status of the tension system. If a wire break or other faults occur, the tensioner immediately detects it and triggers an alarm to notify the operator, thereby effectively preventing production losses or downtime caused by wire breaks. This feature is crucial for ensuring the stability of the production process and the quality of the products, especially in industrial applications with high precision requirements.
